Publication Process

Every manuscript goes through the following stages. Most authors receive a decision within 7 to 15 days.

  1. Submission

    The author emails the manuscript in Word format to bharatijhk@gmail.com. Online submission with a Paper ID will be available soon.

  2. Acknowledgement

    The journal confirms receipt by email, usually within 24 hours.

  3. Editorial Screening

    A board member checks the paper for scope, format and plagiarism (limit 20%).

  4. Double-blind Peer Review

    At least two subject experts review the paper without knowing the authors' identities.

  5. Decision

    The author receives the decision and reviewers' comments: accept, minor revision, major revision or reject.

  6. Revision

    If revisions are requested, the author sends a revised paper with a reply to each comment.

  7. Acceptance, Fee & Copyright

    After acceptance, the author pays the publication fee and sends the signed copyright form.

  8. Publication

    The paper is published online in the current issue with its own permanent public link.

  9. Certificates

    Every author receives an e-certificate of publication.
