Bharat International respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect and how we use it.

Information We Collect

  • Authors: names, designations, institutions, email addresses, phone numbers and postal addresses given with a submission.
  • Reviewers: contact details, areas of expertise and CVs.
  • Visitors: details you enter in the contact form, and basic technical data such as your IP address and browser type.
  • Payments: payment confirmations from our payment provider. We never store card or bank details.

How We Use It

  • To process, review and publish manuscripts.
  • To communicate with authors, reviewers and visitors.
  • To issue certificates, invoices and receipts.
  • To keep the website secure and improve it.

What Is Made Public

When a paper is published, the authors' names, affiliations and the corresponding author's email are shown with the paper, as is normal academic practice. Board members' names and phone numbers are shown on the website with their consent.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with reviewers (without author identities), service providers who help us run the platform (such as email and payment providers), and authorities when required by law.

Cookies

The website uses a session cookie needed for forms and security. It does not use advertising cookies.

Your Rights

You may ask us to see, correct or delete your personal information by emailing bharatijhk@gmail.com. Authorship of published papers cannot be removed, as it is part of the academic record.
