Submission

Prepare your manuscript using our paper template and email it to bharatijhk@gmail.com with the title, author details and research area. Online submission with tracking will be available on this website soon.

No. Submission and peer review are free. A publication fee (APC) is charged only after your paper is accepted.

Please send your manuscript as a Microsoft Word file (.doc or .docx) in a single-column layout. Do not send PDF files for review.

There is no strict limit. The publication fee covers up to 5 authors; a small charge applies for each additional author.

No. Your paper must be original and must not be published or under review in any other journal or conference.

Review & Publication

We follow a double-blind peer review: reviewers do not know the authors' identities and authors do not know the reviewers' identities.

Most authors receive a decision within 7 to 15 days of submission, depending on reviewer availability and the number of revisions needed.

The overall similarity should not exceed 20%, excluding references. Papers above this limit are returned to the authors for revision.

Once the publication fee and the signed copyright form are received, your paper is published in the next available issue, usually within a few days.

Yes. Every author receives an e-certificate of publication at no extra cost. Printed certificates can be ordered (India only).

Fees & Payment

For Indian authors the fee is ₹1,500 + 18% GST; for international authors it is US$50. See the Fees page for full details.

After acceptance you will receive the payment details by email. Online payment by UPI, card and net banking will be available on this website.

The fee is refunded in full if your paper cannot be published because of a technical problem on our side. No refund is given after publication.

Open Access & Copyright

Yes. All published papers are free to read and download under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 (CC BY 4.0) licence.

Authors keep the copyright. By signing the copyright form you grant the journal the right to publish and distribute the paper under the CC BY 4.0 licence.
